frequently asked questions

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, I am able to directly bill most insurance providers, you can see the full list here. Please review the terms and conditions of your insurance plan before you come in for your treatment; they may not cover massage or they may cover only a portion of the treatment, they may have a deductible or copayment amount, they may not allow direct billing, they may not allow payment on the behalf of the therapist, and they may require a referral from your doctor/practitioner. Also note that I do not currently offer direct billing to ICBC or MSP.

Do you offer mobile treatments / home visits?

No, I currently only offer massage therapy treatments in-clinic.

Do you offer couple’s massage?

Tandem treatments are available but should be scheduled in advance to coordinate with another therapist.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require a minimum 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Between 48 and 24 hours, you will be responsible for the half-price of the reserved treatment as a cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before the treatment, you will be responsible for the full price of the reserved treatment as a cancellation fee. Please note that we accept cancellation for medical reason if contacted before 8 am.

You will not be able to book any future treatments if you have unpaid fees. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
